We believe in God, who is all powerful, holy, full of grace and love. We believe that God has created us to be in relationship with Godself and each other. We believe that God has always been making a way to be in relationship with humanity.
We believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only son who came to earth to offer himself as a sacrifice for us that we might have the right relationship with God. We believe that Jesus lived a perfect life and demonstrates to us how we should live. We believe that Jesus defeated sin and death. We believe that we are forgiven people when we follow Jesus, and we are learning how to live life in Christ’s footsteps.
We believe in the Holy Spirit that empowers the work of the church. We believe that the Holy Spirit nudges and speaks to us in our daily life if we are listening.
We believe in Grace…grace that has sought us out before we were ever aware, grace that forgives and makes us right with God and grace that transforms us in the image of Jesus. We believe that no one is outside of God’s grace and that grace is available to all.
We believe that the Bible is God’s story of redemption and new life. We believe that the Bible shows us how to live and is the inspired word of God.
We believe that the church is called by God to be an agent of redemption in the world. We are seeking to love God and love each other, pointing towards God’s grace that is available to all.
